Vodacom *****ing money using p-sqaurem-hooked

I have just contacted Vodacom to find out how my account can be R35 less than what it should be seeing that this is the 1st July 2018 and I only received my R200 top up this morning. I was told that I have a subscription on my phone from a company called p-squarem-hooked. The lady could not tell me what it's for only that I have subscribed for this service.

I have never subscribed for any service before as I don't use these type of phone services. I have noticed for the last couple of months that my airtime does not last even though I am not making any phone calls.

How can Vodacom allow these types of subscriptions and why don't they have any measures in place to safe guard their clients? I find this very appalling and feel that I want my money back from the start of this subscription. I want proof that I signed up for this.

It might be time to switch service providers as Vodacom like *****ing their client's money.
