Vodacom *****ing money from their customers!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel a paid up contract with Vodacom for 4 months now- they keep debiting me!! To make it worse, they cannot even trace their own calls and it seems that the consultants also give false reference numbers to avoid being traced!!!! I want my contract cancelled and my money refunded as promised !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
