Vodacom *****ING Money From Me

In Dec 2018 I upgraded my contract. I received the device and the headset that was with the device was broken. I contacted Vodacom to replace the headset and was advised that they can’t replace the headset and had to reverse the entire deal. This process would take 14 days to complete. I then stated that we cancel the upgrade. Vodacom collected the device, sim and headset. I was then billed for my old contract, and phone, and two new contracts and two new phones. I contacted Vodacom, they explained that one charge was prorate. I excepted this. They ensured me that the upgrade was cancelled and my money would be returned once the reversal process was completed. This never happened. I paid the Dec bill. I then quired my account in Jan 2019, I noticed that the new contract, old contract, new phone and old phone was still on the bill, and my account was still not credited with the money from Dec. I contacted Vodacom again, the call was closed as resolved. A new call was opened to address the issues. I was promised an update that never happened. Again, the debit order went off in Jan 2019 with all the charges mentioned. Beginning of Feb 2019, I quired the account again on the credit and the new contract and phone and old contract and old phone was still showing. This account seems to be fine now as I checked online and the bill looks fine now and only the old contract and phone is on the bill. I have quired again when will my account be credited with the money that was paid in excess. The call was closed again with no resolution. I have requested on 4 accessions now for the invoices for the number that was supposed to be credited. Every single time I am provided with the other contracts invoice. If I download a copy from the login site, it is blank. Vodacom can’t see the invoices. I am being ******, and I want to know who in Vodacom is taking my money as no one can assist me with an invoice for Dec 2019 and Jan 2018. Who is *****ing my money in Vodacom, only reason I am thinking this is because no one can provide me with invoices on the number in question and calls closed with no feedback or resolution? Vodacom, your service STINKS. I will not upgrade any more contract and will be moving to Telkom rather then use you again.

Ok, so almost a week on since this issue was supposed to be addressed. I received some feedback, but nothing after that. Still waiting to here when I will be refunded.
