Vodacom *****ing money

Dear Mr Shameel Joosub (Vodacom CEO)

Maybe you will finally hear my cry for help...as your staff clearly haven't.

I moved from S.A. 6 months ago and therefore closed my relevant Vodacom accounts. I paid the cancellation fees and was told all was processed and in order. Subsequently I was billed again for these accounts over 2 more months which I queried with Vodacom over and over again, and was told the money would be refunded. Now over 4 months later, 10 emails and many lies later...I am still without my refund, even after many confirmation emails from them to say it has been escalated or actioned...

Vodacom has literally ****** from my account which is ********!

Not only have they told me 4 times it will reflect in 7 - 11 days (lies) but they keep telling me it's sorted when it's clearly not! I'm extremely disappointed by the horrid service and basically ********** behaviour by a global brand. Can someone, anyone actually assist with a real action and refund immediately? Once again my case number is: 1- ********** ********** (I have the million emails and Vodacom FB messages as proof too...)

Very very angry and sad with the service. I have taken my business to a different global network too...just in case Vodaphone is just as **********.

Please note that getting someone to email me (as I am out of the country so calls don't work) is not going to cut it. I need confirmation that the money had been transferred and I want proof of payment. This is now the 11th reply with no actual or real outcome and I'm fast starting to think Vodacom truly is *******. Clearly legal action seems to be my only choice.
