Vodacom *****ing from its Customer

Vodacom is ripping us off on a day to day basis and when trying to contact them you put through to an answering machine. It's the second time now I bought 1gb for a day out of nowhere you loose their network for hours once it comes back half of the data is gone, this also happened last week Tuesday but today it's said I m only left with 41mb and it's not even 19:00 and on a day to day I use 1gb the whole day till Midnight
