Vodacom *****ing data yet again!!

I would like to know why data is disappearing yet again from my wifi. Started the week with 19.80 GB data on number *** only to check now, not even a full 5 days later and the data is on 8.37GB. I checked the breakdown on the My Vodacom app and the data that should be left is around 12GB after counting everything together that was used on different platforms. I want the missing 4GB back and also an explanation on how it can possible go off more than what I've actually used!!!

And now Vodacom has gone and 'updated' the 'where did my data go' on the app to make it seem legit, right after I complained about the data disappearing. I will be logging a complaint with the consumer ombudsman now, because instead of fixing the problem, you are trying to cover it up. The very top line of the 'where did my data go' was on 1.5GB when I complained on 18 June. Today it is on 6.7GB and yet only 1GB has been used between 18 and 19 June. How do you explain that???

Ive already said im not interested in speaking to a consultant about something that can be sorted out on your end. This is not the first time there has been an issue with my data! Ive logged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission this morning, so you can deal with them from now on.
