Vodacom *****ing data from anytime bundle

I am a contract customer now for several years with Vodacom. Included with my current contract is a bonus 10GB video ticket supposedly for use when streaming video content like Youtube and DStv now etc. I use this sim card exclusively in a data ****le connected via my laptop. On the 27th and 28th of this month I streamed about 5GB of data watching Youtube videos on my laptop via Youtube.

After checking my usage via the Vodacom app I noticed that the entire 5GB data I used while streaming Youtube on my laptop was beign deducted from my anytime data and not from my bonus 10GB video ticket. I found this very strange and am left wondering if this is not ***** from Vodacom as they are misleading clients thinking that when using streaming services like Youtube it is beign deducted from their video ticket like it rightfully should ,but in the meantime deducting this data straight from their normal anytime data.

Another strange behavior comes from their support social media team. When requesting assistance from their social media team in this instance Twitter they are unable to give you any assistance and refuses to give you a query ticket number or any information about the person who assisted you letting me believe that no query has been submitted at all. This is very un professional of a company as big as Vodacom. Could you please investigate why my data is mysteriously and fruaduntly being deducted from my normal data and not from video ticket,
