VODACOM *****ING DATA FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS - NOT A RECOMMENDED SERVICE PROVIDER. BE WARNED.

I upgraded my contract ********** 831. During the upgrade conversation the I requested the consultant to please upgrade me to the same contract that I have been on before that gave me R110.00 airtime plus 1 gig data for 24 months. This was agreed and confirmed during the conversation. Later on I discovered that I have not been recieving the data as per the newly signed contract. On enquiry from Vodacom, I was told that no, the contract that I signed for did not include the monthly 1 gig data and they will not be allocating same to me. I am disputing this because it was not what I was advised when I signed up the contract. I requested them to please retrieve the telephoen conversation so that both me and Vodacom can listen and see who is wrong, Vodacom is refusing to make the voice recording available.

We do not sign sign formal contracts with Vodacom, the only evidence that I get is the voice recording. Noone in the entire Vodacom can help me with the much needed recording.

I have been a very loyal customer for Vodacom with about 7 contract lines which I pay every month without a single arrear. Is it not high time that the whole world knows how you are *****ing the much needed and expensive data from your innicent clients.

Please let me know who I can speak to within Vodacom who can actually listen to my contract that I signed up for.

Now Vodacom is doing me a favour of allocating 250MB data instead of 1 gig. I have been struggling now for a month to try and sort out thi with no joy.
