Vodacom *****ing Data as usual

I just cant believe Vodacom! I had more than 1GB of Data on the 28.12.16. I did not use my Data at all yesterday. And today I try and go in and Zap ... No Data. And my Contract should only be cancelled on the 31 December as per our contract.

Vodacom: Our records show that the end date of the contract is 3 Dec 2016. The cancellation will be loaded for 31/12/2016. Please confirm whether you would like to retain the nr on prepaid.

And their SMS to me (30.12.2016 @ 2:18): DearBeverley, Welcome to Vodacom Talking Points. You will be rewarded with points every time you recharge which can be used for free bundles and phones. Visit vodacom.co.za for info. T&Cs apply

How ... Why ... this is not Legal! How can they just take your Data and tell you now to recharge! Someone has to do something about Vodacom!

For 2 years now I have had endless trouble with my Airtime/Data disappearing! Now ... when I have kept a constant vigil on my Data ... so that I had enough until 31.12.2016 when my contract expires ... I go in ... and its gone!!!!! And they had better not tell me I was on the Internet! Because when I log out ... I take my ****le out of my computer ... so I definately didn't use it!!!!!!!

Isn't there someone Legal out there that can do something about this! Especially with Airtime/Data disappearing from Vodacom!!!!!!

Please HELP!!!!!!
