Vodacom *****ing airtime and data

I have just come across the feature on the my vodacom app which shows your data usage per item and noticed the majority of my data is going to “Gaming VOIP streaming” and I have no clue what that even is! I do not game or stream on my phone at all! Once I saw that I starting digging deeper and noticed I’ve been subscribed to a content service listed as “DOWNLOAD” at R7/day which I never subscribed to! Who knows how long this nonsense has been going on??? I also just came across an article about how Vodacom has been caught *****ing airtime from other people in the same way! I want answers!!!
