Vodacom *****ing airtime and data

Had same number for years. Had same phone for over two years. All of a sudden I noticed my airtime being deducted constantly. No subscription services nothing. Called Vodacom and twice they investigated and CREDITED me with airtime. Purchased showmax bundle and watched - guess what it did not come off bundle but off airtime. Third time called and lady promised to call me back monday. No call. Have received 3 sms's but still no call. And I cant stand dealing with that useless bot thing toby. I think it is time to port my number to mtn if this is not sorted asap.
