Vodacom *****ing airtime

@Vodacom I'm so sick and tired of loading airtime and it finishing within 10 seconds of loading it,this has been happening for 6 months relentlessly.I have checked if I have an subscriptions -I have none.My phone is setup to use data or WiFi with all my apps,I'm so sick and tired of this,I've been ignoring it for too long and have finally reached to the tip.I demand my airtime be sent back to me on whatever records you have of *****ing my airtime,I trusted this network and since I've been with it for so long but it's not long I will change the network for all my family cause we can't be complaining about the same thing over and over again, fix it Vodacom.To show how wicked this service is,you've removed any email service to contact you!
