Vodacom *****ing Again ........ and Again

I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom for a few years. I had 2 contracts with them (Recently found out I have another mysterious 3rd contract that I know nothing about) and had never skipped or missed a payment.

I never received an invoice from them, despite the fact that I have requested this on many occassions, telephonically and in store. This poor service was the main reason why I decided to move to another Cellular Company. My first contract was cancelled somewhere mid 2016. I specifically cancelled a month in advance to ensure that I did not need to pay for another month.

Vodacom did process my cancellation, but informed me that they can only cancel effective the end of that month and cannot cancel pro-rata (***** *****). I was left stranded and bul**** by this behavier but had no choice but to pay the Fatcats.

I decided thdere and then to cancel my 2nd contract as soon as it ended. This happened on 24 January 2017. I called Vodacom on 21 December (More than a month in advance) to ensure they will cancel my contract effective 24 January (and off cource, naturally ***** another 7 days up to the 31st).

Was I surprised to see my Vodacom debit Order going off my bank account end of January. I phoned Customer Support and they gave me some lame excuse that it is correct for them to charge me another month. (***** *****) I asked for my invoice to be e-mailed to me, to try and make out if there is any valid reason for this blatant *******.

Needless to say that all I received from Vodacom, is an invoice of a So called 3rd contract under my name (that I was not aware of) and one week later and I have not yet received the invoice that I requested for my "Cancelled" Contract.

They apparently logged a ***** request for the 3rd contract, but one week after, and I have not heard anything from Vodacom. Did not expect anything from them. This will obviously be stretched as long as possible and in the meantime I am beig billed for this.

Had enough of this company and will never advise anybody to take out any contract with them. DONE!
