Vodacom ***** from customers

I am trying since November 2020 to get my money back for a Fuel Voucher at BP bought through Vodacom hut the garage said there was one or the other problem. After contacting Vodacom they said that they are aware of ths problem and that it would be fixed in due co****. Till today my money wasn't paid back and was never able to use my voucher which I've paid for ! Try to contact Vodacom numerous times after this without any success !
