Vodacom stands for dishonsty

Since my last request , this shamefull company kept on asking my balance, have I switch phones etc, not doing what I am asking and that is so easy. Just confirm that the video play or whatever will be removed. But obviously there IT people do not have the know how and they hide behind stupid questions. May I never ever deal with them espescially on pre-paid
