Vodacom standards slipping

They close an investigation without it being solved (they send a text saying its solved and closed). Who does that? Then, their customer service via email is non existent. Very frustrating dealing with people like this. I did all that was asked of me in submitting the required documents, sent a follow up email, but zero response.
