Vodacom Staff - Very Helpful!
I am quick to write reviews on bad service but the truth is, I am slow to write them on good service because it warrants no response or recourse. However, with all the times I have bemoaned Vodacom I have been so impressed with their customer service and accounts department on my last two interactions. Prompt service, call backs, refunds. The consultants have been polite and effective. Thank-you to the staff who go the extra mile when very little is in their direct control - it is MUCH appreciated!
