Vodacom staff useless

I was pick pocket on the 8th at cavendish @Mr price home and immediately went to blacklist my phone and have my contract blocked. I was in the store around 4 and filled the paper and before i was given the ITC code confirming that my phone was blacklisted they told me to leave they will send the code to my husband i was unable to repost my phone ****** bacause i had to wait for the code the next day i went to blue route mall to the vodacom as I still havent recieved the code and was told that the store never blacklisted my phone. This made me really mad as the person who stole my phone coukd have used it. Its quiet sad to think that people don't do their jobs. I will definitely nit go to cavendish vodacom again as it was a waste of time and I had to get the problem sorted at another branch
