Vodacom staff unprofessional
Vodacom has such unprofessional staff, I am so angry. This is the second time that an agent has called me and offered "FREE" services only for me to be debited for it. I have not agreed to any of the offers to be debited from my account. I have been with them for many years and I feel very unhappy with this kind of service. I am so furious. This will be my last contract with the service provider.
