Vodacom staff think lying is ok!

Well would not even want to rate Vodacom with a 1 star! I have had terrible service from day 1 of signing up with my contract with them. Signed up with a new contact last year November - an iPhone 8 was the phone I went with. I had problems with the phone a month later, went back into the store where I started the contact (Vodacom Somerset Mall) they then told me I would have to hand the phone in at Cellucity (also Somerset Mall) and they would send it directly to Apple and that Apple do not repair they replace, so it would take 14 working days an I would get a new pone... over a month later and after many calls I finally got told my new phone was at Vodacom for collection. When I went I found it very strange the phone was just in a plastic sleeve with no indications of it been a new phone but I was ASSURED AND PROMISED it was a brand new phone. It was better at first but then the problems with the device became worse and I am not at the point where all can do with the phone is make calls! Have been back to Vodacom and Cellucity where upon further investigation I found out that my phone was never replaced and now no one will take responsibility and got told by the sales consultant that he was not the one who dealt with it so it is not his problem and there is noting he can do and I said well who can I take this up with and he said no one! I eventually got through to customer care and told them the story where I got told it will be escalated and that I should also send an email to the complaints department... I have not heard a single word and my monthly debit orders go off swiftly for a phone that cannot even be used!! I am beyond shocked at he fact I was point blank **** to and then to make it worse no one will help me out or take responsibility!!!!!! It is shocking for a company as big as Vodacom or maybe they are so big the do not even care that ********** things take place and then no one does anything about it!
