vodacom staff swearing n insulting

I was at vodacom shop fourways mall opposite side to dischem with their staff thamba around 4 40pm feb 18th 2020. I greeted him without him greeted me back. The whole process I was very calm and polite till Thamba told me to shut up and swear at me with F word.

I was there to find out why my vodacom account being deducted since vodacom account told me to go to this vodacom shop and this vodacom shop thamba told me to call vodacom account

however Thamba treated me with very rude attitude for no reason and told me to just call vodacom accounts when I rep**** him that vodacom told me to.come to your vodacom shop specifically. He rep**** me “whats so special about this shop! go and call vodacom accounts no urself! I cant help u!” so I did what he said then vodacom accounts lady in d phone wanted to speak to him so I gave d phone to him.

When Thamba told vodacom lady the wrong amount deduction I was then trying to tell him its R1519 then he was shouting at me saying”can u shut up when Im talking” with extrememly rude and mean attitude so I was shocked and upset but I kept quiet. eventuallt vodacom lady in the phone still can not solve the issue but asking me to check my nedbank account again so I had no choice and about to leave but upset so I said thiss ****! Thamba immediately then swearing at me ”**** you!“ I then wanted to speak to the manager and enquires the manager to check the camera system and Thamba was then shouting and swearing at me even louder in front of all the customers. At the end the manager admited that he checked the cameras and I look very calm from the begining till Thamba shouted at me! wheres my human rights and wheres customer service here? Is this how customer must get treated discriminated and get insulted from these vodacom staff? Its completely ridiculous!
