Vodacom Staff needs training
Customer Service consultants at Vodacom need some serious training, they don't know how to do their jobs. I have been inquiring about an arrears amount on my account since October last year, my name have been put on credit bureau as a slow payer. I wouldn't pay for an amount I know nothing about and no one can explain to me where it comes from. Only after they have issued a letter of final demand can someone apparently explain to me where the amount comes from. Highly disappointed in Vodacom.

It is all good that you apologised but what about the damage your staff's ignorance has caused my name on credit bureau.
If someone had explained to me properly as where the outstanding amount came from i would have paid long time. According to me the account was paid up and I paid more then the amount required in September 2018 and to me the contract had ended. So it was a surprise when I received a bill of R108.00 which I queried and someone informed me that they will investigate and come back to but no one did. I received a call from the collections department asking me to pay to which I explained that someone indicated that they will investigate and then the lady also mention cancellation fees which throw me way off as I was under the impression the contract had ended, so what cancellation fee was that. Nothing was explained it seems that they were also not sure where it came from and I in my right mind could not pay the amount.
The question I would like answered now is what will happen to my credit bureau status affected by this?
