Vodacom staff ****ming clients

Its now the second time in the space of a few months that Vodacom has *****ed me over. They have staff working fir them ****ming their clients. Shennel from Vodacom Direct called me and clearly said she is not selling anything to me. She just called to offer me value added services at no additional charge. This was on three of my 4 contracts. I look now and my bill has gone up by R450. Heads must roll now. Its not just a warning. I am sick of this. Someone very high up must call me.
