Vodacom staff ***********

I app**** online for 2 cell phone contracts. Both contracts have been approved as delivery adress and details were confirmed. Vodacom promises 2 to 5 days delivery. Which is a lie. According to the agent's i have to wait 48 to 72 hours for some confirmation department to contact me first but it has already been confirmed. Please explain the logic. Vodacoms staff keep passing the bucket. What do i do now as first i was promised a call today and then 72 hours later. Your staff needs training and stop lying
