Vodacom staff Idiots for sure

During the month of November 2018 I went to Vodacom The Grove Mall to get the silicone screen protector. The silicone screen protector that's measured and cut to the type of phone that you have. After 30 minutes of cutting and adhesive applying I paid and left. On Sunday afternoon I realised that the screen protector doesn't extend to the edges and that there's gaps between the cover and the screen protector. I went back to Vodacom the Grove Mall and requested that I new cut to measure silicone screen protector to be app**** on my phone but both the guy and the manager said its 100% perfect as it doesn't matter nothing will happen to the screen as the phone is in a UAG case with the silicone screen protector. I explained if the phone should fall at an angle will it still be ok both of them said yes. After convincing me that its no need to replace the silicone screen protector I left. Yesterday obviously the unthinkable happen the phone accident dropped and guess what the screen is cracked. So tell me with the wonderful staff that you have that adviced me nothing will happen to the screen. Who's going to pay for the screen replacement on my phone....
