Vodacom staff have no respect for customers

My partner and I went into the Vodacom store at Carnival Mall on the 3rd of October,we wanted to get a cellphone using his talking points in which we were going to add money to find myself a suitable device.I then decided I wanted the Samsung Galaxy Core which we asked the lady in the store, she then advised us that they did not have stock and that the branch on the lower level has one left,we then went down to the other store where we found a Young lady that was very rude, she gave us a lot of attitude when we asked her about the core, she told us it's sold they don't have stock, we then asked her to show us other devices that are similar to that one and she told us she was busy, we must wait. We waited till she eventually helped us,we asked her to see a couple of devices in which she kept on breathing deeply and rolled her eyes, after which she told us the system is offline and told us to go back to the other shop.I found this very rude and I am now sitting with a device I do not want cause the staff are too lazy to help, I've had the same problem in March with Vodacom where we were sent up and down due to *********** staff,I am going to take this matter to the media.
