Vodacom Staff has no pride in their work
The Vodacom Fiber department, the financial department, the Vodacom Shop in Secunda and many more Vodacom help desk staff are a total waste of time to complain to. I receive SMS messages 4 times a day 7 days a week, to tell me to "book a fiber installation." SMS's daily has been going on for more than 6 months, I have tried every department of Vodacom, to request Vodacom to stop the daily SMS's for many months, but still get multiple daily SMS messages "to book my installation." Every person who I have spoken to in the Vodacom network, has given me the assurance they will "Escalate" the problem, to stop the messages. The SMS even gives a link to do the booking, but pressing it says "the link has expired". I am so tempted to cancel all my contracts and move to an alternative fiber network, but I have many cellphone contracts with numbers I can not transfer. Vodacom is an unfriendly client company with no work pride. I would like the management of Vodacom to contact me with an explanation of why their staff are not able to stop the messaging for 4 times a day. I am not a reference for Vodacom, and will tell this to who ever speaks about considering a Vodacom product.
You sent me a follow-up SMS saying " please send me a copy of the SMS you get, so that we can investigate" I did so, and the message was deleted without opening it. tried a second time with several messages in one response. Again you deleted my messages, without opening the report you were going to investigate. Honestly, you are living up to you poor staff dedication. Stop sending me SMS response and call me on *** which you have as you send me SMS follow-ups?? or better still, email me on the email address which you bill me on - to the tune of R14000 per month. Serious urgency from Vodacom lacks!!
