Vodacom staff @ The Marc refusing to assist!!
I am frustrated that I bought Burtone headphones from The Marc branch on 3 October 2023 and today on 5 October 2023 the headphones are only charging but not working and the signal is extremely weak. The consultants in the store are refusing to help with a refund and refusing to show me the refund policy! I AM QUITE LIVID!
They tested the headphones and can clearly see they are not working but refusing to refund!!!!!
