Vodacom staff are stupid

Vodacom once again breaks my account. There isn't 1 person that know what they are doing at Vdoacom. All staff are *********** and are lazy. I have been suffering since March 2018 with the Vodacom and I am starting to think that Vodacom is the devil. No one can fix my account after 7 months. I am extremely frustrated with the service and the stupidity from the staff. Why am I begging Vodacom to fix my account, Why are the staff so stupid and unhelpful ? Why doesnt anyone know hoe to do their job ? This should not be rocket science and does not need an engineering degree. Vodacom ***** from me every month and I have to BEG for my money back. After which my account becomes broken. This is a continuous cycle because everyone there is stupid.
