Vodacom SR

I app**** for fibre 4th of october 2022 I been waiting for my fibre connection and router I have been approved 11th October 2022 it's 10th November I still havnt received my router yet so I still haven't received my 1month free LTE as I wait on my fibre connection I have foned vodacom on *** call centre on numerous occasions but keep getting diffrent ref numbers and unsuccessful the latest this morning was that the router was despatch from JHB to Pe by Ram which was unsuccessful coz nobody was home but I have somebody 24/7 at home not 1 person contacted me to tell me my parcel is outside so vodacom tell me they sent the parcel back to warehouse in jhb who sends a parcel to Pe then back to jhb coz nobody was at home who attempts only once to deliver a parcel it pathetic and its costing me a fortune everyday to buy 1Gig Data everyday coz Vodacom can't deliver a service and call centre can't give me answer I need help so I can get my fibre up and running I asked them to put me threw to cancelation department so I can use a diffrent service provider but they wouldn't put me threw or even to a manager or person incharged plz help
