Vodacom Springs Mall - Terrible Service

My Son went through the traumatic experience of having his cellphone ******. It is a week later and we are still unable to get an answer from Vodacom or their insurance as to when the handset will be replaced. This is terrible service. I have to keep phoning the store as well as the insurance. No conclusive answers given. Vodacom insurance is expensive......this provider is unreliable,, think twice before taking out a contract or insurance with Vodacom Springs Mall

Surprise surprise, another day and still no feedback from Vodacom. Another phone call to Springs Mall, another email to the insurance company, the branch and customer care. Still no resolution. Just being ignored by Vodacom. Any suggestions on how to escalate this?

Sadly it is now almost 2 weeks with no solution to the claim. Vodacom is waiting for Finrite, Finrite has system issues. In the meantime my son cannot do his internet banking, cannot pay his accounts, medical aid or car insurance. Surely this is unacceptable to Vodacom and Finrite. Do they really not care how they affecting their customers. A cellphone is an important part of a persons life especially for people working in retail who work 24/7 and cannot get to banks. False promises is all we get. Finrite was supposed to call us yesterday, nothing. Vodacom just tells us to wait for the insurance company. Wow people..........steer clear of Vodacom insurance unless you are happy to be without an handset for 2 weeks if something unfortunate happens.
