Vodacom Springs Mall technicians stinking attitude

Had I known Vodacom consultants specifically at Springs Mall had a stinking attitude like i came across i wouldn't have bought my phone there. My new cellphone i bought from them is giving me issues. I took it for repairs at Vodacom repairs at lakeside mall and it still came back the same. They advised me to take the phone to lakeside mall now they telling me they would not recommend anyone to take the phone to lakeside mall as they do now know their job. I called in to complain and an a technician working there gave me bad attitude and even hang the phone on me. I am so angry now because i didn't anticipate for such nonsense when i bought the phone with them.
