went to get a new contract at springs mall but they had no stock so i told the lady there that im going to carnival city vodacom because they had stock when i reached and app**** for the contract there i was told that the lady never closed the contract at springs so i called her to cancel it she did do it but was extremely rude and hung up the phone when she was done the when the lady at carnival mall tried to send through the application we realised the lady at springs flagged my request as ***** now i cant apply for the phone anymore because there is a investigation nou to why she flagged it as ***** ...
