Vodacom 'special offers'

Beware of telemarketing from companies representing Vodacom, as I agreed to a 'Special offer' as a REWARDS customer, whereby I was offered double the data at the same rate I was paying. This did not materialize and despite refuting this they now inform me that my dispute is invalid. I had to make numerous calls and even went into a branch but they could not assist. In the end I was told that I should cancel the contract if I am not satisfied. The point is that I would have gone for a fibre option at the time, but the starting specials in my area are no longer valid:(
