Vodacom Special Needs Team is Awesome!
This week I received outstanding service from the Vodacom team for Special Needs people. I am physically handicapped and can't get to a Vodacom shop.
Lebo did a SIM swap for my router on Wednesday - telephonically - and then phoned me today to check if everything was working correctly. Lebo is worth his weight in gold. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Thank you, again!!
I have been a very happy Vodacom customer since 1995.
