Vodacom spamming MTN numbers

<p>Dear Vodacom. I received the below sms from you this morning on my MTN sim card. Why did Vodacom spam me and then give me the option to opt out?? I NEVER OPTED IN IN THE FIRST PLACE from my mtn sim card. Please advise as I would like to take this matter further with the CPA in mind and RICA and POPI acts, I have been listed for years on the do not contact database of the DMA and clearly Vodacom spams everywhere they can. "Hi Jabulile. Did you know that Vodacom offers life cover of up to R 10mil with 20% cash back after 5 years! Reply YES for a free quote. STOP to opt out.T&Cs"</p>
