Vodacom spam messages for 2 years already.

I have been a Vodacom customer for around 25 years using the same number. I'm getting really annoyed to recieve their childish StaySafe SMS campaign messages. I do not need a telecommunication company to tell me to get vaccinated, get boostered and to "stay safe". Why is there no opt-out feature as with other spam? Stick to your job of supplying and maintaining cell towers and the selling of data and please leave health care advice to others. This does not fall within your field of expertise and please don't reply with some vague standard answer like: "as a large provider we have a responsibility to..." You might like to portray yourself this way towards the public, but in reality you don't have this responsibility. Stop distributing propaganda and remain unbiased. It's the best way to be seen as caring.

Hi,
You are the carrier. Nor is there a visible signature stating it's from govt. You have also officially changed your network name to "Vodacom - Stay Safe". There is no option to opt-out these spam messages. This delibarelty disabled feature seems to be your decision. I wonder if this is even legal.
