Vodacom Spam Harassment and no answer

My phone account is an arrears. I spoke to accounts and selected a payment date. For 11 days, I’ve been receiving 3-4 phone calls a day from Vodacom. Each call I answer, and it rings for 30 seconds and drops off.

I phoned accounts and they said the calls would stop, and they don’t have anything on their system about calls. I answer each call, but there’s nothing. I have True Caller installed and did some digging into the numbers, and it’s definitely Vodacom.

Is there a way of stopping this, fixing these automated calls (whoever you are using is useless), or logging a harassment complaint?
