Vodacom. South Africa's number one WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.

Another day. Another bad service story from South Africa's leading network provider of POOR customer service.

I am actually blown away and not in a good way. By the poor service and procedures vodacom and their team follow. The amount of agents I have spoken to have become uncountable and each one more *********** than the last one.

Vodacom sent me the wrong device. A mistake on THEIR side. I waited a week for it to be collected and thereafter a few days for them to cancel it. Let's not forget. This was their error.

I then tried to reapply for a new upgrade on the device I wanted in the first place and that took 5 agents later to get that right.each with a new a story to tell. I am sure they have a handbook of excuses and pick the easiest one for that moment on time.

Finally. My. Order is processed on Thursday last week. I recieve a tracking number. Let's keep in mind. This is week 3 of waiting for a device. Today I contacted RAM and they tell me they do not have the parcel. I then have to call vodacom again and get told it is at the warehouse.

Vodacom. Seriously.after so many mishaps and mistakes you still do this to a loyal customer.

This was promised to be priority but in turn it was left on the sidelines for another day.

I am sick of this poor service and actually wish I could change providers.

Calling yourself number one, does not make you number one.
