VODACOM SOUTH AFRICA PTY LTD

Hello Peter . On the 19TH April 2020 i bought 1GIG DATA from Vodacom on the Special they had for that day. I cheked my balance and it was added. When i checkrd again the 1 GIG was removed from my data without being infomed as to the problem they have.ON 20 04 20 i called Vodacom and a Lady Katekami informed me that it was a fault of Vodacom and that i cannot use the 1 gig data but they are going to refund me the R39.00 which they did and removec the 1 Gig . Now the PROBLEM>HOW CAN WE AS THE PUBLIC AND CLIENTS OF VODACOMN BELIEVE IN WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AS SPECIALS ONLY TO BR DEPRIVED OF THEM AGAIN .SURELY THE PEOPLE AT ICASA OR THE RELEVENT AUTHORITY SHOULD READ THIS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST VODACOM. THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY. HOPE YOU CAN HELP AND ENSURE THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. REGARDS HANNES
