Vodacom South Africa

My Huawei tab was dropped off on 4 August 2020 at Canal Walk Vodacom store after my insurance issue with them was resolved. At the time there was a problem because there were no parts in the country, which I understood. Then about two weeks ago I was advised that that the part was in the country, at customs etc. and that it could be another week etc. This I understood. When I followed earlier in the week, the part had still not arrived from JHB to the Canal Walk store in CPT. This morning I received a call from the consultant at the CPT store advising me that she had received an email from DANIE VAN DYK from Vodacom South Africa in JHB advising her that, NOW AFTER 19 DAYS, the device needs to be sent to JHB and I need to take a new device which with the insurance I have will cost me about R2500 in excess which I cannot afford. It also seems that DANIE VAN DYK from Vodacom South Africa in JHB has also decided to allocate this spare to somebody else. I am beyond livid at this service! DANIE VAN WYK needs to answer to this, after waiting this long and having sorted out the insurance, he has decided that I either a need a new device and pay thousands of rands or my device needs to be sent to JHB which may take several weeks more and/or the part has been allocated to somebody else. My daughter is in Gr5 and uses her tab for online schooling and online classes, For these 19 days she has had to use a phone which isn't ideal but besides that this service is appalling!!
