VODACOM SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT!
No resolution to my overseas brother's cancellation of contract problem. It all seemed promising at first but they have not refunded him what was due and even had the cheek to deduct R770.36 from his account for July 2020, No agent has got hold of me after my 3rd review. The next step is Wendy Knowler the consumer journalist on national radio. Looking at the amount of complaints on Hellopeter I am surprised this business has not been closed down already.Would welcome any tips from anyone who has a solution. My first post was on the 13th July. It is now the 8th August. Lorna Dovey
