Vodacom sort this out and GET OFF MY BACK63

Vodacom promised to get in touch with me, still waiting. Then I got an sms that says "Your Cell C Pinnacle 500MB TopUp contract on *** ends on 24/12/2020" Now I need Vodacom to explain to me whose contract is that cause I've never used or had *** contract and NEVER USED that number

Please explain to me why I'm getting attorneys on my back demanding money for contract that is not mine but it seems like its on my name
