Vodacom Sony Xperia L1 + PS4 Deal

I have been approved for the Sony Xperia L1 deal with the play station 4.

I am waiting 3 days for them to contact me to confirm the dispatch.

Ive called in 4 times to request an update and i am just told that i need to wait 24 - 48 hours for a callback to confirm dispatch.

This is extremely unprofessional i dont mind waiting if you have issues, However Vodacom is not keeping me in the loop(let customers know if there is an issue instead of leaving them in the dark due to a lack of communication.
