Vodacom sony deal less then expected

I have app**** for the limited time deal offered by vodacom for a sony xperia l1 +ps4 deal.. After waiting almost 1 month for an agent to contact me i eventually got the approval for the deal.. I had delivery for the device on the 15/10/18 although only the device was in the box. I then contacted vodacoms customer help desk about why i hadnt been sent the ps4 along with the cellphone. The lady at the call center responded by saying there was no ps4 apart of the deal. I have gone looking for evidence of this deal and struggled to find the post.. After 2 days I have acquired screenshots of the advert that i had gone through to apply for the deal. I have all emails to prove my case!..
