Vodacom Somerset West horrible service!!

I took out a bundle deal contract and insurance with Vodacom last year October, both phones got ******. I went to claim at Vodacom only to be told that only one phone is insured, whereas I told the consultant to insure both the phones. The consultant failed to do this now I am being given the run around whereas I paid my insurance!!
