Vodacom Solution “Experts”
So today is day 3 that I’m waiting for a call from Vodacoms Solution experts in connection with my cancellation of a LTE contract based on no connectivity in my area... it must be a hell of a solution then because in that time that I’m waiting for there call I’ve received numerous calls from Vumatel and Vodacom (Different Dep) to set up my fiber at home ... Wow literally pathetic .... quick for a sale and slow on the solutions for problems...
