Vodacom sold me a laptop that was damaged

I took out a laptop contract at vodacom vaal mall Siphiwe the technician and the manager Gert helped me with it

within two weeks the screen made ructions and i were not able to do anything on it i took it back with the box and the contract which was only two weeks old at that stage as well as the internet modem i was suppose to get a link with a voucher a stationary voucher which i never got.

i have gone in to the shop phoned them numerous times and they cant give me a proper answer

now they say it damaged more between ram and them and the repair shop they apparantly put in a claim at ram now

the first payment has gone off while in with them

at this stage i am paying for something that i dont have any use for and they say they cant do anything at this stage they ate not goinh to replace or payout and they wait for ram

i cant wait any longer they are not showing any sign for help and pullinh up their shoulders every time they say they will get back but never do and if they do they dont have answers

i want my laptop fixed or the contract cancelled asap
