Vodacom sold me a defective phone -6 failed repairs within a month

@Vodacom I am DONE!

I bought a phone on a 36-month contract and within 3 MONTHS Android Auto doesn't work. You have tried to fix it 3 TIMES - Mall at Reds (failed), Hatfield TWICE (failed). My brand new phone has been opened 3 times! All in all it's six attempts to try to fix one device.

You charged me R500 for a failed repair and never refunded me even though you promised.

I stay in Centurion but drove 30km+ today to hartfield at my own cost. You keep blaming my car, but EVERY other phone works in my car, even other S26 ultra. The problem is YOUR device. This is a very expensive phone to opened time and again. According to (CPA) if a supplier repairs a defective item and the same defect or a new failure happens again within three months of that repair, the supplier must either replace the goods or give the consumer a full refund

I don't want this phone anymore. Cancel my contract and refund my R500. This is unacceptable service!

My problem still not solved ,vodacom mall at Reds tested the phone with a consultant from Samsung and it did not work. Hartfield tested it and it did not work and now they are telling me that they tested the phone and is working, come on.
I'm the one paying here and I expect to pay for what is working. If it did not have a problem why did they try to fix it more than twice.
I don't want that phone anymore
