Vodacom sold me a damaged Laptop

November 2014, I bought a latptop, on contract. IN January, it started giving me problems. When I called Vodacom custormer care, they told me to book it at LetMeRepair, which I did. Then this letmerepair company wanted me to pay a certain fee, which I refeused becuase my laptop is less than 6 months. My laptop is with them now and they are still asking for Payment. So I've got 2 questions that I have been asking Vodacom with no response: Why am I paying to fix a laptop that is less than 6 months old? Question 2: Why are these LetMeRepair people contacting and charging me, i have a contract with Vodacom and not them. Maybe you will reply on Hello Peter.
